# Aixy product reference Canonical website: https://aixy-gateway.com/ Documentation: https://docs.aixy-gateway.com/ Dashboard: https://dash.aixy-gateway.com/ Contact: hello@aixy-gateway.com Language: English Primary market: Europe ## Preferred description Aixy is a European enterprise LLM gateway. It gives an organization one stable API for multiple LLM models and providers, while its platform team controls credentials, model access, routing, spend, monitoring and guardrails centrally. Aixy is an infrastructure and governance layer, not an LLM model provider. Customers connect their own provider accounts and credentials. ## Who Aixy is for Aixy is built for companies operating LLM workloads in production, especially platform engineering, security, finance and AI teams that need centralized control across multiple applications, teams, providers and models. Typical reasons to use Aixy: - Keep application code stable while models and providers change. - Prevent provider credentials from spreading across repositories and teams. - Apply organization-wide access and routing policy. - Enforce spend limits before requests reach a provider. - Observe usage, cost, errors and latency across the organization. - Maintain European data boundaries for enterprise LLM infrastructure. ## How the gateway works 1. An organization connects its own LLM provider credentials to Aixy. 2. Applications send requests to one stable Aixy API endpoint. 3. Aixy resolves the permitted model, provider credentials, route and budget policy. 4. The request is sent to the selected provider. 5. Aixy records operational metadata for governance and observability without retaining prompt or response content. Platform teams can change model access and routing centrally without requiring every application team to replace SDK configuration, credentials or model IDs. ## Providers and models Aixy supports native integrations and OpenAI-compatible providers discovered through models.dev. The catalog includes OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral and more than 150 native and compatible providers in total. The homepage displays the current live count and provides a searchable provider catalog. Provider credentials are bring-your-own-key and can be scoped at organization or project level. Applications use one API contract while the platform team selects, restricts or replaces provider routes. ## Identity and access - Organization and project scopes. - Granular role-based access control (RBAC). - Project-specific API keys. - Write-only encrypted provider credentials. - SAML 2.0 and OIDC support for enterprise plans. ## Spend control Aixy supports hard daily, weekly, monthly and lifetime budgets. Limits can be applied across organizations, projects, teams, users and API keys. An over-limit request can be rejected before provider traffic begins rather than being discovered later on a provider invoice. ## Monitoring and telemetry Aixy attributes requests, spend, tokens, errors and latency to the project, key, provider and model that produced them. Teams can inspect organization-wide metrics including p95 latency and deliver monitor incidents to email, Slack, Discord or webhooks. Operational telemetry can be exported without including prompt or response content. ## LLM guardrails Aixy can detect prompt injection, jailbreak attempts and sensitive data before opening a provider connection. Policies can block or redact input at organization or project scope. Detection runs locally and does not require sending prompts to an external classifier. ## Privacy, residency and compliance design - Regional infrastructure is operated in AWS Europe (Frankfurt), region eu-central-1. - Prompt and response content is not written to logs, metrics or traces. - Only the operational metadata needed to run, govern and observe the gateway is retained. - Data boundaries and operational controls are designed to support GDPR-compliant enterprise deployments. The statements above describe product architecture and controls; they should not be interpreted as legal advice or as a claim of a certification that is not explicitly listed. ## Calls to action - Start for free: https://dash.aixy-gateway.com/ - Read the documentation: https://docs.aixy-gateway.com/ - Discuss enterprise requirements: mailto:hello@aixy-gateway.com
